Remote Machine Control
Remote Machine Control puts start, stop, and setpoint controls for a machine on a web page your operators open from their phone. A small controller at the machine talks Modbus to your existing PLC or drive, and uses Bluetooth to confirm the operator is actually at the machine before any command goes through.
Bluetooth presence check
Controls only unlock when the operator's phone or badge is within a few feet of that machine — nobody runs it from the break room.
Works with what you have
Connects to your existing PLC or VFD over Modbus through a digital I/O module. No new machine required.
Who-pressed-what log
Every start, stop, and setpoint change is logged with the operator's name and the time.
Operator permissions
Decide who can run which machine, and who can only view status.
Alongside your safety circuits
Designed to sit on top of your hardwired E-stop and guarding, never in place of them.
